i was itching to try these cookies simply because they were unusual. it had cream cheese, apricots and white chocolate. so finally i did it yesterday.
upon first taste... sedap jugak. it had a lemak-lemak kinda taste, not too sweet and the apricots tasted like candy.
but it's the soft, chewy kind of cookie, not the crunchy type. i almost never eat the soft type so it took a few (and more!) cookies to get round to it.
the grown-ups who tried it liked it. don't know if the kids will.

i really don't like to cook. no, really. but i like to bake, and i like healthy, and i like to play at cooking especially when the boys are involved and i like to try to give the best to my kids... you know, without conforming to the 'budak mesti makan nasik baru kenyang' dictum. UNFORTUNATELY, the boys are kinda picky with what they eat. so it's always a fun, continuous, play-adventure-experiment thing. and along the way, i'm so absolutely thrilled if my play helps other people and their culinary journey with their kids, too. here's to PLAYING AT COOKING!
